CoBank's energy portfolio that totaled $560 million in outstanding balances
and consisted of 19 power plants with total capacity of 30,900 megawatts, 2
refineries, 2 pipelines, and 2 corporate facilities. Portfolio management
included reviewing and making recommendations concerning issues including:
asset insurance policies, project vendor bankruptcy, borrower bankruptcy,
energy marketing, and market consultants among others. |

reports for use by O&M Evaluators. Coordinated initial work for Enron

that performs preliminary O&M estimates. Performed Maintenance Reserve
Analysis to evaluate Enron’s savings through self-maintenance programs at
Clear Lake and Texas City Plants. |
